As a young man at the age of 17 one of my family members had a horrible experience trying to buy a property in the Macarthur Area. It left my family feeling really frustrated, disappointed and lied to. I thought to myself at the time, surely this industry can't be as bad as it's made out to be.

I quickly realised my family were not alone in this experience and discovered that real estate agents had a reputation only one rung above used car salesmen and one below politicians....
